Would the e-Recovery Manager work too? Because my Acer drive has an OEM folder.

It would....better to burn the recovery media to DVD though. A clean install tends to be a bit better as it leaves off the bloat.

I cant seem to burn the iso image, I downloaded the Windows Home Premium x64 RTM.
It says its not a valid Iso.
