    logitech k360 Keyboard

so i can not get all my keys working on my keyboard. i pluged into my laptop and it worked fine all keys worked. i reinstalled the OS, and its doing the same thing as my desktop now. the volume adjust keys no work, and some of the FN+(insert key here) keys.

is there a service that controls this that i may have turned off? also ive tried to uninstall all drivers but no luck
