Put the disc in one of your other computers and share the DVD drive across your lan. On your gaming PC, access it and make an .iso of it to the hard drive. Mount the .iso with PowerIso.
If you don't know how to make an .iso, Google it. It's easy. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number self built OS 7600.20510 x86 CPU P4 550 3.4 GHz HT running at 3.5 GHz Motherboard MSI PM8M3-V (MS-7211 v1.x) Micro-ATX mainboard Memory OCZ 2 GB(2x1GB) DDR400mHz running @ 414 mHz Graphics Card HIS Radeon HD 3850 IceQ 3 Turbo HDMI Dual DL-DVI AGP Sound Card MOTU Traveler firewire studio interface 192 kHz 24 bit Monitor(s) Displays 22" widescreen Acer X223W LCD, 17" Compaq P75 CRT Screen Resolution 1680x1050 and 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitch Classical Keyboard 200 Mouse Logitech Mediaplay cordless PSU 350W generic Case Cybertronpc, it glows blue Cooling stock cpu fan, Ice-Q 3 gpu and system, many case fans Hard Drives SATA I x2 WD, 400 GB and 120 GB, SATA 2 WD Caviar Black 1 TB Internet Speed 1792/448 kbits/sec Other Info SATA II PCI fake RAID adapter, 1 GB Readyboost, original ATI Remote Wonder (even works with WMC perfectly), Logitech Rumblepad 2 game controller x2 |

Nevermind that since you don't know. Here's step by step what to do:
Put the disc in the drive in the pc that can read it well. Use MagicIso to make an .iso file on that computer's C drive. So you should have something like
C:\Disc2.iso when you're done.
Now go on your gaming pc and open Computer (Windows Explorer.) Hit the Map Network Drive button. In the folder box type
\\theipaddressofcomputerwithIsohere\C$
(a real world example would be \\192.168.1.35\C$ or you could replace that ip address with computer's name instead)
and check the box to connect with different credentials. Hit finish and it will ask you the user name and password of the pc with the .iso on it.
It will open up the C: drive on that computer with the .iso. Copy and paste the .iso to a drive on your game machine. Now use PowerIso to mount the .iso.
Done. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number self built OS 7600.20510 x86 CPU P4 550 3.4 GHz HT running at 3.5 GHz Motherboard MSI PM8M3-V (MS-7211 v1.x) Micro-ATX mainboard Memory OCZ 2 GB(2x1GB) DDR400mHz running @ 414 mHz Graphics Card HIS Radeon HD 3850 IceQ 3 Turbo HDMI Dual DL-DVI AGP Sound Card MOTU Traveler firewire studio interface 192 kHz 24 bit Monitor(s) Displays 22" widescreen Acer X223W LCD, 17" Compaq P75 CRT Screen Resolution 1680x1050 and 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitch Classical Keyboard 200 Mouse Logitech Mediaplay cordless PSU 350W generic Case Cybertronpc, it glows blue Cooling stock cpu fan, Ice-Q 3 gpu and system, many case fans Hard Drives SATA I x2 WD, 400 GB and 120 GB, SATA 2 WD Caviar Black 1 TB Internet Speed 1792/448 kbits/sec Other Info SATA II PCI fake RAID adapter, 1 GB Readyboost, original ATI Remote Wonder (even works with WMC perfectly), Logitech Rumblepad 2 game controller x2 |

Copy the file to a USB memory stick, and then copy it from there onto your machine. You can try burning the image onto a CD/DVD on your machine and then use that copy. It could be that the disk is not able to be read on your system, but is perfectly readable on another. By burning the image on your system you should have no trouble when it comes to accessing it since you will be reading the disk from the same drive that you used to create it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dwarf Dwf/11/2012 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Service Pack 1 CPU Intel Core-i5-3570K 4-core @ 3.4GHz (Ivy Bridge) (OC 4.2GHz) Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Memory 4 x 4GB DDR3-1600 Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B (16GB) Graphics Card 2 x AMD Radeon HD7770 1GB CrossFired (OC 1100MHz/1250MHz) Sound Card Realtek High Definition on board solution (ALC 898) Monitor(s) Displays ViewSonic VA1912w Widescreen (VGA) Screen Resolution 1440x900 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 3000 (USB) Mouse Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000 for Business (USB) PSU XFX Pro Series 850W Semi-Modular Case Gigabyte IF233 Cooling 1 x 120mm Front Inlet 1 x 120mm Rear Exhaust Hard Drives OCZ Agility 3 SSD 120GB SATA III x2 (RAID 0)

What is the size of the first disk (the one that you can read)? I suspect that the problem could be your DVD drive not being capable of reading dual-layer disks correctly. Can you play any dual-layer DVD movies on that drive? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dwarf Dwf/11/2012 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Service Pack 1 CPU Intel Core-i5-3570K 4-core @ 3.4GHz (Ivy Bridge) (OC 4.2GHz) Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Memory 4 x 4GB DDR3-1600 Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B (16GB) Graphics Card 2 x AMD Radeon HD7770 1GB CrossFired (OC 1100MHz/1250MHz) Sound Card Realtek High Definition on board solution (ALC 898) Monitor(s) Displays ViewSonic VA1912w Widescreen (VGA) Screen Resolution 1440x900 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 3000 (USB) Mouse Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000 for Business (USB) PSU XFX Pro Series 850W Semi-Modular Case Gigabyte IF233 Cooling 1 x 120mm Front Inlet 1 x 120mm Rear Exhaust Hard Drives OCZ Agility 3 SSD 120GB SATA III x2 (RAID 0)

I know nothing about dual layer discs. Never dealt with them before till now. Disc 1 is 4.02 GB. Never had to read anything bigger than 4.7gb on a DvD so i have never had problems before with reading Dvd's but as i said i have never used dual layer discs. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU AMD Athlon II x2 2.8MHz (2 Cores) Motherboard ASUS M4A785-M Memory 6GB DDR2 1600 RAM Graphics Card HIS - ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3 Sound Card VIA HD Audio?
