    my usb device wont detect headset


    so the problem is that my usb device is not detecting my headset and i dont have any headset setup , disc or something that will help me so i appeal to all who can help me I will be grateful if you know the problems fix i can give you an picture if you need it of something just help me fix my problem

    If you unplug the device and plug in a USB mouse does the mouse work? Have you tried plugging in the headset to another computer or a differnet port on your PC?

    As Josea has already mentioned, trying plugging it into another USB port or another computer to see if it works. Also can you please provide the make and model of headset you are refining to so we can better understand the situation.

    my PC mouse and other things is working normal but headset no The computer just wont detect microphone and headset just doing nothing no reaction i tried to find fix in the recording devices it showing me that my headset is not cabled into computer anyway i tried to cable other headsets it just wont dedect no headphones no microphones. And there is no any power button on my headset

    Again can you please provide the name and model of the headset that you are using. Also are all your drivers up to date?

    i found the problem the problem is the both of the jacks is disabled but green one works fine the red jack isn't working good so can somebody tell me how to enable the green jack or its just wont work
