I am curious about the hard drive. Have you run a hard drive diagnostic on it?

The RAM issue is just confusing. If it has got 3 sticks (and running in Single Channel mode) it shows the error message, but in Dual Channel mode it doesn't? Do all the RAM sticks match (same specs)?
The Ram issue is really confusing, but you got that inverse my friend. TPM failed only appears on dual channel mode. not in single channel. another strange thing is on installing all 3 sticks of ram, then its shows "dual channel" though I read somewhere that DDR ram runs dual channels when we install it in pairs, if installed 1 or 3 sticks then its runs in single channel. strange, isn't it..!
and wonders of wonder, another odd thing happens, today my cousin visit me and I discuss this problem with him, and without any plan he set the bios to default settings. and then kaboooom. this 2 time acer logo and long boot time problem is gone. now the computer is runs on 3 ram sticks. and if I enter dell button for bios then pc info appears and in this info, TPM failed still appears, but if I don't go to bios and just turn ON the pc then simply pc shows acer logo and then windows starts.. so my problem is solved.
all 3 sticks of ram is equally on specs. means capacity and bus. 3x2gb ddr3 pc3-10600 (10600 defines 1333mhz bus)
this are the settings on default bios, maybe some features should be "Enable" and some must be disable for quick and fast boot.
Thank you very much for stick to my problem and helping me alot TVeblen
@Britton30 the feature you mentioned is still "YES", thanks.
