    USB Device not recognized

Hello guys, i recently bought a laptop and bought a mouse, speakers, etc, but suddenly, windows asked to restart, i restarted the laptop and when i turned it back on the Mouse wouldn't work anymore, flash drives won't work either, i did system restore and it wouldn't fix, i had to re-install the OS to get it working again, it did, now i turned off the laptop at night to go to sleep, and when i wake up and turn the laptop on, the usb units won't work again.

I already did going to device manager, uninstall everything under usb and restarted, but nothing happened.

    Hope you can help me

    Hi,

It sounds like the USB devices are going to "sleep" and not turning on again. Turn OFF selective suspend using this, and see if it helps.

USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off
