I M UNABLE TO PASTE OF FORMAT ANY REMOVABLE DEVICE.... EVERY TIME I CONNECT MY PEN DRIVE OR USB CARD READER .. MY PC SAYS "THE DEVICE IS WRITE PROTECT" .. MY DEVICES ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY ON OTHER COMPUTERS.. WHAT TO DO..?? NEED HEPPP!!!

Yes, fix the caps lock.
What devices are you pluging in, are they yours or from a company source? They certainly won't prevent you from pasting. I don't understand that part.

@Britton30 I have a sandisk pen drive.. and a made in china memory card .. i m using a made in china usb card reader..
and everthng is mine.. nobody else can use them....

my problem is solved.. :)
there was a problem in regedit.. current control set > controls > privacy policy > write protect.. device was never a problem.. my pc was not allowed to write on any device ....
