How do you install a Coolermaster Gemin II S524

I bought a Coolermaster Gemin II S524 with a Sabertooth 990FX R2.0, but the heatsink brackets are pre-installed. Do I remove them?

Yes and replace them for the brackets provided with the new cooler.

The Sabertooth motherboard did not had instructions on how to install aftermarket heatsink fans, though the screws are tight on.

Are there nuts on the back of the MB or do they screw into the backing plate ?

Either way they have to come out. Instructions should have been in the box with the cooler.

Easy just unscrew the stock retainer and replace via instructions provided with new cooler, also available online if needed.
