my core 2 duo temprature is 56 . is it normal?
i have a core 2 duo e7300 processor and when i just start the pc the temprature of ( core 0: is 56c ) and (core 1 : is 35c ) i wanna know is this temprature is normal? p.s i live in cairo egypt and the winter here is warm here is a screenshot for the temp from speedfan...

What is the highest more stable and recommended temp for the GTX 460?? I Oced it a bit 880/1760/2160 and ran temps and got so far a max at 58C is that a good temp I heard I can OC it to 902/1804/2200 and get it to 60c-65c is that good too?
