USB, DvD Drive & Network not Working

Hi,

I had to Change my Motherboard a while back and so I did and It worked perfectly for a few weeks. I could boot using DvDs and USBs at this time. My Network also worked fine.

Recently, My DvD Drive stopped working (I'm not sure if it's something wrong with the drive) and it kept saying "Insert a Disk to Drive #:" while there was a working disk in it and eject it.

After about 3 days my Network Kept saying "Identifying..." without connecting; and USB ports also stop working.
I can't even boot from a USB. The bulb in a Flash Drive lights up but won't boot.
In the Device Manager all the USB ports have the Yellow Sign and the Device Status is "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The Driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)"
The Network Adapter and the DvD Drives say "This Device is working properly", even though it's not.

Could this be a Motherboard Problem?

Thanks.

It could be a motherboard problem but before making that assumption you should go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the chipset and USB drivers for your motherboard and reinstall them because it's possible the originals got corrupted or possibly a faulty driver was installed by Windows Update.

Thanks for your reply

I have Windows Update turned off, so the only way I'd get them would be while Updating Microsoft Security Essentials.
By the way, I did try using System Restore to restore my PC to a point where it worked fine. Didn't work.

Apparently I might need to get a new Motherboard.
If the Motherboard happens to be different than what I had installed drivers to, how can I uninstall the drivers?
or Will I have to format my OS partition?
