    Change boot seq hp p2-1134

I am trying to change to boot seq on my HP P2-1134.
The problem is in the boot seq between CD/DVD drive and the HD there is a WD MY Book 1tb USB drive.
as a result when I try and boot the system finds nothing on the CD/DVD drive to boot from and so tries for some reason to boot from the USB drive...When it does I get the msg 'INVALID PARTITION LIBRARY" previously I had this message with the same drive and it had a GPT protected partition. I deleted it using diskpart with option clean formatted it an allocated the drive as a single partition. But I keep getting the same error. I have attached a screen shot of the drive before and after. What I want to do now is simply move the boot seq for that drive after the HD. The HD is Disk 4

Boot order is completely out of Windows hands, you will have to go into the BIOS before Windows starts to change the settings. After a little Google search HP says it is either F1 or F10 to open the BIOS on your model computer (Press F1 or F10 repeatedly right after pressing the power button on the computer), after that if you are not familiar with using the BIOS hopefully someone else who is more familiar with HP can point you to what menu to go to, but generally it will be under "Boot", "Start-up", "Boot order", or similar and will bring you to a list of bootable items, you would then usually highlight your computers hard drive and press the + key till it's at the top. Then find where it says something like "Save and Exit" or "Save and Restart" and do that then you're done.

Just to add to that, from the HP product page for your model, user guides,

Manuals for HP Pavilion p2-1134 Desktop PC | HP® Support&

It does say F10 is the key to enter BIOS, on this page here,

Sounds like you need to move USB Device down in the order,

I apologize for not making my self clear. I have been into the bios under the heading
"please select boot order" the problem is that there appears to be no way to actually move the device. you can move the cursor to the device you want but all you can do is hit enter and boot from the selected device. You can not move a device up or down from one category to another so as long as the drive is where it is in boot order it will try and boot from that drive

You are going to the instant boot selection dialog. While a section of the BIOS it's only meant to select something to boot from once (think of putting the Windows 7 DVD in and wanting to boot from it once to install it) you don't make that selection permanent there. You have to actually enter the BIOS menu and navigate to boot settings.
