i looked into the mother bord you posted and it is a bit smaller then the older one which is 9.6in X 9.6 and the new one is 9.6 X 7.8 that seams like it would have issues fitting with the screws

Of the two I would still prefer the one you found. The one from newegg has only two DDR2 slots (and 2 DDR3 slots). All else is more or less equal.
With more free DDR2 slots you can more easily upgrade RAM. How much ram banks you have? 3 GB is not an even number. You have 2 GB and 1 GB? or three 1 GB?

the position of screw holes in the mobo is standardized, it's always the same. unless it does not physically fit in the case it will be fine.

3:i have 4 sticks and i punched it in to the calculator and it is (1.33 repeating per stick)

Lol it does not work like that . RAM sticks come in specific sizes. 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and so on doubling capacity each iteration.
If you post some pics of them where the sticker is readable me or someone else should help to identify their capacity and frequency (speed) by looking up their serial numbers.

Is my motherboard good enough?
So i want to know if i can OC with the M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard from asus CPU: amd 1055t ram: Patriot 1600mhz 2x4gb modules also im using the zalman 9900 cooler and currently running at stock 2.8ghz i run 25 degrees with bf3 on HIGH settings(cant go ultra because gpu is amd 5850)
