Consider taking the computer back to the person that installed the video card.
(Take the plastic that you removed too - if you still have it.)

They can easily tell if the video card has gone bad by putting it into another computer.

i know the basics like x64 can utilize more than 4gb of ram but i want to know all their advantages and disadvantages can the x64 can still run older apps and games??
