Cannot get multi touch gestures or scrolling to work on synaptics pad

    hi guys

i bought this a while back
Packard Bell EasyNote TE11HC review | Expert Reviews

default windows 8, i couldnt get on with windows 8 unfortunately then it went totally crazy so i installed a copy of windows 7 ultimate x64
with windows 8 my mouse pad was awesome, swipe pinch zoom two finger scroll etc.

now with windows 7 nothing, not even the side scroll section of the pad works just normal mouse navigation and button clicks

ive installed every driver under the sun ALL of them, old, new, windows 8, windows 7, 32bit, 64bit,
when i install synaptics it says its a regular ps2 mouse and pad no settings for multi touch

im not a total noob so i went through all the stuff i know and checked forums even downloaded gesture suite which couldnt intall due to errors, then cant uninstall synaptics drivers with revo uninstaller due to some dll error so uninstalled with device manager and deleted the registry entries with revo, but when i reboot windows auto installs drivers

i even went to settle with two finger scroll app, and that came with error no touchpad, but i must have a touch pad because it worked with windows 8
basically i cant get it to work, lol, cant take it anymore! how can i fix it chaps???

all of the drivers are working fine

ive honestly got all of the drivers 10/15 different drivers
