Disk Mgt problem: HD found in Win7-32x not found in Win7-64x
I have a PC with several internal hard disks. On one is installed Win7-32x, on another is installed Win7-64x. When I boot into Win7-32x I have access to four hard disks. Attachment 1 shows the Disk Management screen there. However, when I boot into Win7-64x, I only have access to three hard disks. When I start up Disk Management, I get a window saying "You must initialize a disk before Logical Disk Manager can access it." See Attachment 2. And when I click Cancel to close the window, I see what's found in Attachment 3.
How do I let Win7-64x know that Disk 1 is already initialized and usable? There is good data on it and I'm hopeful I don't have to screw around reformatting and then restoring from the backup.
