ok, and to answer your question, Layback Bear was suggesting you went to device manager and click the keyboard drop down menu to see if it names the keyboard you are using, since you didn't find anything in programs files (meaning you couldn't reinstall the driver) I'd have you unplug your keyboard, uninstall your keyboard (If it's there!) driver (if your not sure just post a screenshot of the keyboard dropdown menu with the Snipping Tool :)

In your downloads there was a .rar file called Fabolous package.rar That had a Trojan in it, I'd recommend deleting it so you do not get any further infection
    Done.

Also, your google chrome spread infection it seems EVERYWHERE, please make sure to run adwCleaner from Here
and to make sure you don't have any useless AddOns
Then, upload a new SuperAntiSpyware report :)
    uploaded both logs.
Just to mention - this is my 3rd clean in both programs. (earlier logs are in pages 1-3)

oh, i see whats up with that now, it's just cookies you got from sites, we can probably deal with that later, but if you want to do it now, what internet browser do you use?

Yep Red I got Yupp to do the ADW in pots#2 and the coolies can be dealt with real easy with CCleaner just Yupp you need to look at the cookies to see which ones are linked to site s you use with a password because delete them and you will have log in again on those sites.
    CCleaner - Download for piriform

when you have run the Analyse go to Options and click on cookies look down the lst for one s with passwords send the m to the right hand list and then go back to the paint brush and run the cleaner.

If you have not done this before it may take some time:)

if you don't want to install it you can download the portable version from here:
    CCleaner - Builds
Then just unzip it and continue on with what ICit2lol was saying
