Black screen, keyboard & mouse not working and fans still running.

    CPU: AMD FX 8350
    Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R.2.0
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 2GB SC
    PSU: Corsair CX600M
    RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 1600Mhz 2x4GB
It happened while I was playing BF3, my screen suddenly went black and it says no VGA input, I tried turning off the computer by holding down the power button but it wont work, so I had to shut it down from the PSU. There is no sound, and it wont turn off.

So you've rebooted since the initial power down from the PSU and just get a black screen?

The computer did not power down, the fans were still running, there is no sound, but just a black screen. I restarted the computer and still got a black screen.

Unplug it from the power outlet. Then power it back up and listen for the beep codes as it attempts to POST. The beep codes well tell you if it's cpu, memory or gpu related.

My money is on a dead gpu.

Try pulling out the GPU and re-seating it and its PCIe connection(s). Hold the power button down for 5+ seconds, does it shut down then?
