Searcy,

Just found a solution without deleting the Passwords we cannot delete.

Solution: Do all the steps outlined in post number 6 above except after going to the BLUETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE and double clicking on it then select "Log On" tab. Now tick "Local System account" instead of having "This account" ticked and click "Apply". Then turn off your BlueTooth device if it's on already, restart it and you wait 30-60 seconds and you should now see your BT device listed!!! Hope this helped...

Go to START icon and type in services.msc and select services.

The dialog box that opens has a long list of stuff but look for BLUETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE. Double click to open. Make sure it is AUTOMATIC. Go to the LOG tab. Choose THIS ACCOUNT and type in LOCAL SERVICE. A list of password (a 15-dot string) would appear. Delete all the password in the PASSWORD and under CONFIRM. Choose Okay.

It will ask you to restart the service. Once restarted, turn on your bluetooth adaptor again. Put your mouse in pairing mode and add the mouse.
Finally :P

If anyone out there knows why this weird procedure is necessary, please message me. Just curious :P

Mr LAUBO .... Thank U very much for solving my problem. I just left the hope that I may ever get my laptop to detect my Sony Xperia mobile and HP Slate tablet through bluetooth. I tried since many days like full time job but failed. Today I tried your "Services.msc" trick and yaaahoooooo.... Its did magic. Soon my both mobile and tablet were there in my PC. Soon I did some file transfer and especially to THANKS YOU, I joined the sevenforums.com. I sent friend request to you also. Thanks again and will see you online soon. Bye and take care of you. LAUBO - thanks very much for posting this. I was about to give up on pairing my Bluetooth devices after spending many fruitless hours looking elsewhere on the web but tried this and it all worked. I have a Belkin adaptor and there is no mention of this solution on the support pages. Fantastic work - David

After scouring the web for answers and trying all the solutions that worked for some, they didn't work for me. I can't delete password in Bluetooth Support Service and switching to Local System account didn't work either. After days and hours of reading, trying, starting over I found, at least, my solution.
I have a MSI GT70 20C/20D gaming laptop running Windows 7 SP1 64 bit with a Killer Wireless-N 1202 Network Adapter. So after looking around I found a Killer Bluetooth Suite and downloaded it. After a little cleaning up I turned off bluetooth and rebooted then installed Bluetooth Suite, turned on bluetooth, had my phone in discovery mode, clicked on add a device and to my amazement it worked! I have all functions including being able to right click on a file and send it via bluetooth without using the fsquirt.exe to send and receive files. I found that you have to use the "This account" in Bluetooth Support Service under Log On. I typed in Local Service then highlighted the password, highlighted it and used the backspace to leave it blank and did the same for the confirm password then hit apply, ok, then restarted service(Even though password comes back).
I don't even use bluetooth that much it just bothered me I couldn't get it to work.
Also if you open device manager, show hidden devices, and scroll down to "objects" and there's a yellow exclamation mark by it look at this Bluetooth Peripheral Device - No driver found I did this for a friend that has Windows 7 and it worked BUT you had to use the fsquirt.exe to send or receive files to or from phone for some reason.
