New SSD - best way to install..??

I have OS set up on a 60G SSD, but have now purchased a 500G SSD
I want to move everything from the smaller SSD to the larger, keeping
    my OS and settings intact..

any advice on how best to do this (- with minimum fuss..!!)..??

I did a similar transfer at the end of July. As I had recently replaced my HDD & done a clean install of Win 7 x64 , I then decided to install a SSD. As my total storage was well under the capacity of my new 245 GB SSD I used Macrium Reflect & cloned the SSD from the HDD. After it completed I made sure AHCI was set in the BIOS & changed the boot order so the SSD was next after the DVD & everything worked beautifully & it took less that half an hour.
I also made sure Defrag was disabled & I allow Windows to set the page file size automatically. The increase in speed has been amazing & I can't fault anything at this stage.
Just as a point of interest the 1st partition is 100 MB & the rest of the SSD is available for storage.

I find the SevenForums tutorial a bit confusing..
the tutorial might be improved if it were set out in a numbered (step-by-step) sequence

    would this do the job:
