HELP -Windows / SSD Reporting Two Free Space Values??

My SSD reports two different free space amounts.

In C Drive / Properties I have 107GB free
Yet in Disk Management it reports only 9GB free

I want to create a Over Provisioning Partition, and my Samsung Dashboard says there's mot enough space. It appears that the Samsung software reports what Disk Management sees.

How do I free up the space I need?
Remember, this is a SSD, so I think Defrag / Claim Free Space is out....

Hello Bill mate what size is the drive? and can you post a shot of the disk management?

I am no expert but seeing as you have been waiting for an answer it might be worth just having a look. I have no idea by what you mean by Over Provisioning Partition though so you will have to bear with me.

One tool you might find handy if you are going to do things with partitions is this Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition.
