Hardware Video Error: BCCode 117

Good Day! I am actually having a problem with something about hardware i hope so, when i play a game, my screen just gor pixels twisted and the game close! I talked to the Nvidia support and did some tests and i take the conclusion that the Video card is alright! i don't know what i can do. I just reinstalled the OS!

I will show here the Signature Problem and More information about it!

Hi,

STOP 0x117: Display driver stopped responding and has recovered Error message in Windows 7

Perhaps this Microsoft Article may help: "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error in Windows 7 or Windows Vista

Did you get a Blue Screen? If so please post up the logs:

Reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

After reinstalling OS i didn't recieve any Blue Screen, but actually i have a dump file that i got when i saw the information about the issue! thank you for the attention, i will try to recieve a BSOD so i can send here, but if you like i can send the dump file i have with another 2 files (sysdata and WerInternalMetaData)!

Hi,

The old BSOD logs wont be of use now as you have reinstalled the OS, we
will have to wait for a new crash to occur.

Hello Nothernsoul55! I didn't get any BSOD while i was testing, but i recieved some Eventsys and Evenapp to share. I am from Brazil and some information is in portuguese, sorry about that, i will post the files here, i test the following components: Memory, processor, Video Card and no one has been crashed. Thank you for the attention.
PS: I am thinking can be a driver conflict or something!

Hi,

Did you try the Microsoft fix I suggested?: "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error in Windows 7 or Windows Vista

The only thing I can see from those logs is a problem with:

Hardware Video Error: BCCode 117-problemo-device.png

This refers to: Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family SMBus Controller

Download & Update: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...&DwnldID=19597

Then see how the system is?

If problems persist, enable Driver Verifier:

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer.
If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode.
Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Hello again Dave, i tried Microsoft Fix it but it didn't solve the problem, i will download this driver and run Driver Verifier, thank you for the help!! I will post the results here!
