Foxconn Katana GTI won't post boot
I have recently purchased the board in the heading which was delivered today.
I spent over two hours removing my old board and installing this one, cable routing included, and i can not get it to post boot.
I have two power supplies that i have used to try and get the machine to boot.
The first is an OCZ 1000w power supply and the machine will power up but the onboard LED changes from 0.0. to 6.1.
The second is a Winpower 750w power supply and that powers up also but goes from 0.0. to 5.F.
The code meanings are as follows.
5.6 On power sequence, when 1.8V PLL is ready
6.1 On power sequence, but Vcore cannot ready.
All of my other hardware has not changed from my old board to the next, with th exception of the additional GFX card.
I have taken that out of the new board and tried booting again but with no luck.
I can't think what the reason would be for it not to work as my CPU (i5 750) is compatible.
My ram is also compatible so i'm stumped.
I really need some help here with this one.
