WACOM Bamboo Model CTH-470 & problems w/tablet pc input panel windows.
I have a new Bamboo Capture Pen & Touch. I followed the instructions and installed it correctly. (I have done this before.) My computer is a Dell 8300 with Windows 7 home premium installed on it. It is all up to date. The pen works, However, it doesn't pop up a window (like before) where I can input text via the pen/tablet and a small keyboard that shows up on the screen. I would like to have that happen, since it's a pain to have to switch from the pen/tablet to go to the keyboard and back again.
Here are some images that I hope may illustrate what I saw before, and what I am seeing now. (I've had Windows 7 for awhile, and have used the basic WACOM Bamboo before).
Here is what I used to see before and I'm wanting to check the various options as I've done in the past.
The above is what I still see. I click on the link in the horizontal red rectangle.
Then this window (below) would pop up and I could make my selections
shown by the vertical red rectangle.
For whatever reason, when I had to re-install Windows 7 Home Premium
on this computer, something is not correct. See the picture below, I have
nothing to click on, no other window pops-up, and I am unable to proceed.
I've searched and searched, finally found this board (yep, new guy), and
am hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.
Any/all help, guidance will be greatly appreciated!
