Unable to xfer files from SD card to computer via built in slot

    Unable to xfer files from SD card to computer via built in slot


    I insert card but the relative drive does not open. However I can (I think as it worked last time) make the transfers via a standalone card reader and usb.

    Any idea what could be causing the problem? Please!

    Hi there ... Your Internal Card Reader does not recognize your SD card ? .. Are there any errors in the Device Manager ..

    No errors .. So when you insert your SD Card it does not show up on your Computer? .. But it works on the External Card Reader ?

    make sure that the "lock" on the card is not on.

    @ maxie Dell desktop 560MT

    @ N00berG00ber Card is in up (nearer to contacts) position.

    Hi there ... Go to the Device Manager click on View/Show Hidden Devices .. Then please post a screenshot ...
