| | Canon N67ou Flatbed scanner driver Anyone recommend a driver that might be compatible for Windows 7? Canon site , even in EU says it will not be supported. Probably time for a new one, hey. |

Probably time for a new one, hey. why get a new one if you don't need it -- just run XP as a virtual machine using free virtualisation software like Virtual PC, vmware server or VBOX. Your scanner will work just fine on this. If this is the only app you need a tiny 256MB RAM Virtual XP machine will run just fine. Save your money for more HOST RAM, better Video, another HDD etc. Unless you really NEED a new scanner the hardware will last for ages and ages. I'm still using an old HP plotter circa 1985 -- works fine on an XP virtual machine. Use the Virtualisation section of the forum for info in this topic and how to set up virtual machines.
