Kingston USB Drive 32gb Don't Works at all

    Hello there,

I bought a new Kingston USB 32GB, but its not working. When I opened the USB from the pack and attached for the first time, it had virus in it. I cleared it and it was working.

But now I try to plug in it, but it don't works. Windows keep saying that USB not recoganized.. I get this error on every computer I attach it.
Other plug and play devices work fine..

I'll appreciate any help on that,
    Kind Regards

So, it had a virus on it when you first bought it? Was it new? If so, you may want to contact Kingston's support.

If it is a new one giving you all sorts of problems, why wouldn't you return it and get your money back or a replacement? Beware, unless you buy from reputed vendors, there is every possibility of it being a fake Kingston. Kingston website will tell you how to check whether it is a genuine Kingston. Have a look at it.

    It is this model: http://baichen-ele.com/bigpic/12/13/20100604165531.jpg

I opened the package and inserted it in the usb port, my windows security essentials showed virus in it. So, I cleared it and it was the last time it was working.

I can't return it as I bought it from another country and now I'm back in UK.

Check whether it is a genuine Kingston. Flash Verification Of course you have to give them all the details asked for and you will receive a communication from them.

If you don't want to do that, just throw away your pen drive into Thames. No second thoughts.:)

( The company you had mentioned is a Chinese company which says they are the manufacturer for various brands. How they can sell branded products directly to you beats me.)
