Keyboard not working at all

    This is a latop now the keyboard is randomly inputting commands (h is spammed, tab is spammed randomly etc) I think it wiring? For example if I try to type something in the search bar "h" is repeatedly pressed. I hope I make sense

    Now I can't seem to log in everytime i try to input the password keys keep being spammed

    A little update, I called Samsung and they never seen the error before. Ive decided to get a wireless keyboard my question is how do i disablemy internal laptop so it doesnt interfere with my external?

    Good idea using another keyboard.
    I don't know how to disable the keyboard because I have never used a laptop.
    Please correct your specs to laptop.
