Wish I could answer your question they way you want, but I can't without being there and seeing/smelling everything.

When you take apart a PC (Personal Computer) you must be very careful to avoid static electric shock. This can damage electronic components. You must always use good static precautions when handling the components.
If you did not then any one of the parts could be damaged.

Also, when cleaning inside a PC you must continue to use static precautions. It is OK to vacuum, but you should only use the plastic attachments and never the metal part of the vacuum hose.
It is much better and safer to blow out a PC using compressed air. Far less possibility of static damage.

For now you will need to test each of your components individually. This can be difficult if you do not have spare parts lying around. Sometimes it is better to bring it in to a repair shop.

Did you remove the CPU (Central Processing Unit - "Processor"), and/or the Processor fan?
If so, did you reinstall it using thermal compound between the fan and CPU?

Normally if you remove the CPU fan from the CPU, you reapply new thermal grease before reinstalling the fan.
If you removed the CPU and fan together but never took the fan off, then it should be OK.

If you run a CPU with poor cooling due to a thermal grease issue it will overheat very quickly. But normally it will shut itself off before any damage can be done.

i didnt apply a thermal grease but it never shut it self down and as i know theres a config in the bios which if that heat lvl is reached by the cpu it will shut itself down....but it didnt shut down means the processor didnt over heat

btw shut down temp is 70c as i remember and 60c where it starts to beep

Unfortunate. That would have been an easy fix.

I think you damaged one of the components. Possibly the motherboard itself. Please see Post #2.
