Safely eject question
I've got an hdd in a hot swap bay and,of course it shows in "safely remove hardware."
But it also lists an internal hdd.

The hdd I;m talking about is INTERNAL.
My question is why is it listed in "Safely remove Hardware"?
Don't know maybe time to run the sfc and chdsk and while you are at it these too and dump any rubbish

the others are on call scanners but if you are not happy (and you do seem a tad on edge) with doing some elimination PSCO then I shall leave it for someone else.
PS the two I added are filing system checkers thats all.
It may be because the drive in question is attached via the Marvell SATA ports. Check your BIOS to see if the port is set as a Hot Swap, if so, change it to Disabled.
