Windows 7 boots up but freezes on welcome screen.

I have this problem that i think i got because of successibe power failures. (theyre fixing the lines)

My pc boots up, but hangs up on the welcome screen.
I have enabled boot logging, and it seems that i think the problem is because of afd.sys not loading. how do i fix this?

    HelloJoshuaLangit123, Welcome to the forum.

    Run System File Checker:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Thank you for your reply, but I tried running that. No luck.
However, I have found out that the problem is due to "WLAN AutoConfig" service.

I disabled this service, and it seems that my computer starts normally.
However, when I ran "services.msc" and tried starting that service, my computer
    hangs up, and freezes.

Now how do I repair this as it is the only way I can be connected to the internet?

More and more detailed information about your system and it's hardware will yield better answers.

I assume that since this is a desktop that the wireless is an add-on. Most likely a USB connected device.

If so, I would try reinstalling it in Windows. First make sure you have the driver for the device.
Download the most recent driver offered by the manufacturer.
Then Uninstall the Device in Device Manager (remove it's driver).
Then physically remove the device and restart the computer.
Test to see if Windows loads properly without it - restart a few times.
Then Install the device as per the manufacturer's instructions with the new driver and see how it goes.

If this is not a removable device then you can do the same as above by disabling it in the system's UEFI or BIOS.
