I'm sure that NT Status Error Code is related to a illegal instruction. Give me a few minutes to double check it.

This is usually related to CPU privilege levels, and programs attempting to execute privileged instructions.

Have you scanned for malware? If so, what with?

Did they find anything? Please upload the log files for MBAM, but not sure if Spybot produces any log files since I'm not familiar with it.

There was a couple of PUPs which are only minor problems.

I would suggest downloading Process Monitor, and then launching the tool when the problem most likely seems to happen. Or is it random?

Welcome, when the crash happens, save the ProcMon program output as .PML file, and then place in a zipped folder and upload in your next post.

Is there a program/application(free) to scan and fix disk errors?
I tried using Auslogics Boostspeed trial version, It's actually pretty cool 'cause it scans and shows how many junks files, registry errors, fragmented and disk errors there is, plus status if it's critical or whatsoever. But since it's only a trial version, I can't fix/repair all of the errors....
