Windows 7: Is my CPU 64 bit or 32bit?

well you haven't seen my laptop's cpu.

my laptop has an intel® core™ duo processor T2300 that is dual core

it has two cores but is not 64 bit capable...

probably one of the last to be so...

Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8

You would probably not be happy with 64bit - for a variety of reasons. 32bit will be perfect for your system.

I don't mind searching for drivers, if it means it'll increase my overall OS speed. But if it wont increase with my 2gb of ram and dual core, then i wont bother.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Ubuntu 9.10 x64

You'd be better off sticking with 32 bit. Unless you want to have 4GB or more RAM, you should use 32 bit Windows. Otherwise, it'll actually slow down your computer.
