That website has security problem and is not openable.
I toke an image by Speccy from my storage part, below. I hope it be helpful. If more things are needed tell me please.
I checked the link and found no security problem. It did ask for an email to look at the manual though. if I'm researching something for someone else, I'll give the site a dummy eMaill address. Sometimes that let's you view the information - other times, they eMail you another address, which in my research case I never get because it wasn't my real eMail address. In Silicon-Power's case - I was able to look at the manual.
Check your Start Menu for SiliconPower and try to use the instructions from the manual I posted in #23.
If you're still stuck, try the SiliconPower USB Flash Drive Recovery tool on this page:
https://www.silicon-power.com/suppor...?type=software
It asks for an eMail address to download it, give it bozo@clown743.net and fill in the chalange with the text they provide.
First let the OP clarify whether he is still talking about an 8GB MicroSD card on which he had an earlier thread My problem with mi Micro SD card (and on which I had blown a final whistle My problem with mi Micro SD card :))
Good point jumanji.
Kurdman, please identify the USB device. I asked in post# 23 - I'll only ask twice.
Thanks.
Thank you jumanji for the information.
A lot of members spending a lot of time for 8 gigs of something on something usb connected.
@jumanji: That thread and this one are two different subject completely. I think you know that. And about your post there, as I said there, I'm thankful than you about that grate tool you introduced me, but, among thousands files it could only recover about 10 files. Nonetheless, I said and say thank you.
