Laptop is extremely loud after restoring it

In BIOS, usually on the EXIT TAB, there will be an option to "Reload Optimized Defaults", or "Reset Defaults". Do that, SAVE & EXIT. Let the laptop reboot.

This should have already been done when you did that RESET procedure I talked about a few pages back.

As far as AHCI is concerned, not all laptops will have this functionality, and not all BIOS have the setting in the same place. But if you do have it, it will be in the line that deals with the SATA Controller.
Keep in mind that this would have nothing to do with solving your problem. It only applies to the Windows installation.

UPDATE: It is very quite now, but it still keeps blowing up to a loud level. I have installed all drivers except one, I will contact manufacture's website for help. I will now try and do some windows updates and driver updates, install web browser, virusprogram and Photoshop. I will contact you again with further details! :)

Never mind.. Now it's just like before. I have no idea what to do!

If you have done all that has been suggested to you and this problem persists then it raises the disturbing possibility that this PC is in it's last days.
Could be time to take it to a shop.

If you have a shop-vac you can get pretty good results by running it in reverse - attaching the hose to the Blow port.

I would normally get some, but they don't sell it nearby anymore. Anyways, spent lot of time on cleaning it now, used that cloth that attracts dust, toothbrush and removed all the dust, there were barely dust, just a tiny bit, and now most of it is gone. But once again, it's still problems with fan, still very loud sound. I might send it back to the company I bought it from when I get time. Thanks for your help!

Okay, so one more update; The laptop is very quite when just on Google chrome, but when I open Photoshop it's still extremely loud!! Almost worste!

I think Photoshop might be a trigger to the loud fan, because about 3 minutes ago, I closed Photoshop, and it's still at this noisy level 2 constantly, but before I opened it, it was so quite and peaceful :|

Photoshop is a very common program and it is probably not a universal problem or they would have provided a fix long ago.
I suspect that your Photoshop installation went wrong. You might try uninstalling it, using any clean-tool that they provide to clean up file remnants, and reinstalling it using the most recent version.
