Need a Good Quiet and pretty cheap cooler for amd FX 8350

Hi! So apperently my grandma sent me a ton of money o.O
So i will buy everything for my computer upgrading
I will get a Upgrade pack from a swedish store i really like,
    Amd FX 8350
    16Gb RAM 1600MHZ
    Gigabyte motherboard

I Would really like a good watercooler becouse i whant the case to look very clean and i whant to be able to easily get to the parts (That means not to have a huge cooler in the way)
Im not considering OC'in but i whant the cpu to run as cool as possible

    My budget is around 800Kr

But then i dont want to buy a cooler for that money that sounds like a jetplane, I'll rather take a cooler thats not that good but still good, but i can afford a Noctua fan inside that budget, Or can i use the standard 120mm case fan in the fractal design r4 and just throw the stock cooler fan away?

The coolers in the store i can afford is:

H60i, Will go a little over budget if i get a nuctua to this but its just a tiny bit
H80i (If i can use the stock case fan in the chassi becouse then i cant afford a noctua)
COOLERMASTER Seidon 120XL (same as above then)
    COOLERMASTER Seidon 120M (Then i can buy 2 Noctuas in push-pull :P
    Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 V4 (Same as above :P)
COOLERMASTER Seidon 120V (Same as above :P Plus i can get a ton of small fun accesories)
CoolerMaster Seidon 240M (Cant get a fan for this becouse of the budget, and it requires 2 fans :/

REMEMBER! I Need it to be almost whisper quiet! Pump noise is a total no no
So if the pump isnt hearable over the fans (not going over 18dB or less)

Even if its overkill with watercooling for the FX i will stress the cpu at 100% for a pretty long period several times a month, so it will have to take that without almost burning up, and without the computer sounding like a jetplane, Becouse under the time i max the cpu out i usally go chill infront of the tv or something in my room so i dont whant a screaming computer while im doind that

Remember! Converting a cooler for $100 to KR may be cheap for me for an awesome cooler in an us or eng shop, but the identical cooler in a swedish shop may cost a lot more

So if you can live with swedish site. go to www.netonnet.se
its the site and shop i like

I would go with Noctua without hesitation unless you would consider sealed water cooling with the addition of premium fans like Noctua's now or later as a phase two? What kind of fan size and positions are available in your case?

    Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler - Newegg.com
Well. yeah im watching tek syndicates review of the noctuas

    Im considering then
    This: Noctua NH-U14S
    Or this: Noctua NH-U12S
And maybe even this: Noctua NH-D14

But still. i whant everything in the case to be under 20dB becouse.. well im an exreme noise geek kinda...

I can have a 170MM high cooler in the R4

But i do still want a liquid cooler if possible. but if the noctuas is good enough, clean looking and easy to work in the case with, i will go for them,
I will use the R4 black windows edition
and i whant a good light strip that goes all the way around thats RED

Becouse. The case is Black and red with a bit of white.
A red cooler would be awesome becouse right now everything is black exept the GPU thats red and black

The NH-D14 is a turn key solution and will be quieter than any other case fan and PSU in your rig......it won't be the source of your noise ! Water is what I run and it's great but stock fans are stupid loud and I only run Noctua fans but other quiet fans are good. If you go with water then you can throttle the fans back to lower noise till you can afford to replace with premium that will run wide open at 12v.

Compare the ga970 and ga990fx. I think the 990fx will take you further if you want to upgrade at a later date.

Also it will run very quiet?
At low loads it will be very quiet, but the 8350 generates a lot of heat when loaded, that will require fans running at full rpm.

A aio with a single 120mm rad will handle the 8350 but will need fan speed under load. A aio with a 240mm rad like the Corsair 100i or CM 240L will cool with much lower fan speed. The CM 240L or it's variations is the best aio available at this time, and it's expandable if you want to add to the loop later.

You may want to consider more PSU wattage, 750 at minimum. That 630 will be pushed over 80% duty cycle.

th psu is not changeable. because have bought it already.
it was the only psu within the budget and it beat a lot of 750w psus amp wise. because yes. I did look on some 750watts. but the watts is not the problem. it's the amp.
the gpu is also bought and the mobo. cpu and ram is in a upgrade pack for an extremely good price.

also the cooler beat the H80I that ran with noctuas. and was a bit worse than the h100 but not much.

I hav e ordered everything also.
