Greetings to all. This problem includes two printers a Dell 515w and Dell 313w. Both computer units employ Windows 7 O/S and are hardwired to a Belkin Play N600 Wireless Router although the problem existed when they were hooked-up to a Belkin Surf N300 as well. Each printer is connected to their respective computers and not used wireless. There are sometimes 3 laptops using the router as well and one is wired with an Ethernet cable and the others are used wireless. The printing problem is not tied in to any special times of use by any of the laptops. Tried: Going to Print Spooler in Services. On the General Tab it's set on Automatic of the four boxes under Service Status three of the boxes are clear and the other box says stop and is shaded. Under the logon tab; Log on as local system account and there is a boxed checked that says Allow Service to Interact with desktop. Under the Recovery Tab: All three drop-down boxes say Restart the Service and the two boxes under that contain the number 1. Under the Dependencies tab is HTTP and under that Remote Procedure Call (RPC). I have un-installed and re-installed the printers from both computers, more than once and have repeated the the Print Spooler process more than once.
