    Hardware confusion

DDR Memory is Memory that will Sync with the CPU speed.

So whatever the FSB speed is the DDR Memory will run at the same speed.

With the Pentium 3 CPU it had a FSB of 133MHz.

Now I know they had a DDR1 Memory that ran at 133MHz but the real clock speed was 66.5MHz.
Because DDR was Dabble Data Rate.

Well if the Pentium 3 had a FSB 133MHz and the DDR that says 133MHz real clock speed was 66.5MHz.
how would it sync to the CPU?

Because the FSB of 133MHz was really 66.5. The CPU processed on both the rise and fall of each cycle. Hence, an effective cycle of 133.

Thank you for all your help I understand it k\now.

But one thing you say the Pentium 3 FSB was 133MHz but the Real speed was 66.5MHz?

What would the Real speed be Half of 133MHz?
The CPU was not it was not Dabble Data Rate
