Another thought.
If later you would decide to install a quality video card you would also have to buy another power supply. If you stepped up a little bit in the power supply now you would be covered for things you might add to your system later.
Please keep in mind; you can't have to much power supply.
A power supply is the roots of your computer tree.
Also keep in mind that a minimum power supply has to work harder to do what is required of it compared to a higher wattage power supply. That creates more heat and fan noise.
If you look at my specs you will see that I have more power supply than needed. I have to run the computer in a load test (cpu/video) stress test to work it hard enough to make the fan to come on above the lowest speed. Normal use the fan seldom comes on. The reason is because the power supply has no problem answering the system request for power.
Never cheat your computer with lack of power or cooling. They will live longer and do it quieter.
