    Unexpected Shutdown


    Sometimes my PC shutdown immediately after starting.Then I am unable to start it again by pressing power button.In the meantime one keyboard indicator light remains active.after temporary withdraw & reactivation of the main power source PC starts by pressing power button.Then it say's that window didn't shutdown properly.I couldn't find the problem,why it is occurring?If there is anyone who knows the solution,please help me.

    Run this SF Diagnostic Utility using the Grab All button and post the zipped file as per the instructions. Allow time for it to complete--Up to five minutes. This will give us some insight into the "PC" and provide the system and event logs. It should also include any dumps that were produced. Without that, guessing is just a shot in the dark.

    It also would be helpful to know what kind of machine we are dealing with. Desktop or laptop? Off-the-shelf system or home built?

    I suspect power supply first. What do you have?
