    usb 3 not working


    Have had to install a new hard disc and reload windows 7 professional bit.I have a Dellu2413 screen with a usb3 input and cannot get usb outlet from the screen.It happened with the last installation and I had to load something but cannot remember what.Maybe because I am 78 and losing things
