The MODS wont surpass the max that the game can perform so it doesn't matter if YouTubar has a 8 core 16Gb GTX 780 Ti ... a machine at half the spec will still max out at the games required settings

MineCraft Hardware Requirements

Any computer with the following hardware should suffice. However, for an enjoyable experience, we suggest looking at the recommended requirements, or even at the optimal requirements.
Full game

Java Runtime Environment 6 (jre6u29) or up is required to be able to run the game.
Note that these requirements are for the game only you will need to allocate more resources to the OS!
Intel 965 Chipsets have issues with OpenGL.[1]

(As of 1.7.5) Intel P4/NetBurst architecture
