Help Required - Building a PC

I know I had not yet build a pc.
But my considerations are the following-

Processor - AMD FX 8350/Intel Core i5 3570K/ or any i5 (atleast 3rd gen)
GPU - Nvidia GTX 760
Motherboard - According to processor
PSU - Corsair VS650 650 Watts
HDD - WD Cavier Green 2TB
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB
Computer Cabinet- Not yet decided

My question is i am not able to decide which processor to take from the above and please suggest a mobo accordingly. Also a computer cabinet. I will be using my pc mainly for high end gaming and some video encoding.
I am from India. So please don't suggest Newegg.com or any other online website.
I prefer flipkart.com (Newegg.com brother for India)
My budget is INR 65,000 (1060 USD)
Please don't exceed the budget.

I don't see any cases in stock at Flipkart.

How much storage do you actually need? I'd rather see you get a 7200 rpm drive, but the WD Caviar Black 2 TB is 10058 versus 6046 for the 2 TB green.

Most people can get by fine on 8 GB of RAM. What makes you think you can't?

Do you intend to overclock?

I'd lean toward the Intel processor, all things being equal. But you may have to compromise due to budget.

You don't need a 650 watt PSU. I'd get a Seasonic around 500 watts.

For $1060, I'd normally insist on an SSD for the OS at least, but they are very expensive from flipkart.

I don't need an ssd. I will do with HDD. For gaming I require 16 GB but I think 12 GB will also be fine.
I intend to overclock in the near future. Exclude cost of os. I didn't understand your rpm thing

RPM is the revolutions per minute at which the drive platters spin.

Faster is better for a boot drive. Green drives are 5900 rpm; Blacks are 7200; you would notice the difference, but green is OK if your budget demands it.

To overclock the Intel processor, look at motherboards with a Z87 chipset.

I think Seagate barracuda 2 tb will be best according to budget.

Asrock GA-Z87-Pro 3 is the cheapest overclockable motherboard I see; 10574

Seagate Barracuda 2 TB; 6150

add GPU, RAM, case,

I think due to budget I should forget overclocking.
Suggest a mobo for 100 USD for Intel i5 3570k.
And one more thing
8+4 GB ram or 4x3 GB ram?
Suggest model also for ram at most 135 USD total for ram.
