We all like to help other members. I and many others will not go through a bunch of threads looking for specs.
That is why My System Spec was put at the bottom of the post.
It will follow your every post. You can change your specs if you change something in your spec.

Welp, I've tried all suggestions, to no avail.
I switched back to see if the old keyboard worked, but alas. And this time, it was so bugged, that when the computer had turned off, the NUM LOCK light was still on.
Are we narrowing it down to a motherboard malfunction?

If you have tried the problem keyboard and mouse on another system and they work perfectly there -
and
you have tried a different known working keyboard and mouse on your system and they exhibit the same problem -
then yes, it could be a motherboard malfunction.
