Mouse Scrolling

Hi Folks,
what is preventing my mouse ( wired ) wheel from being able to scroll on any page.

Hi there .. Go to the mouse property's select wheel tab adjust the number of lines for scrolling .. If that does not work could be in need of a new mouse ...

Both options were set to 1. the minimum allowed, setting them higher made no difference.
