monitor + lcd tv / same PC

I connected a monitor and an lcd tv to the same PC.
The monitor is connected with DVI - HDMI and the lcd tv is connected HDMI - HDMI
When i want to watch a movie, i change to lcd tv, no problem so far.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 / GTX 660 Gigabyte OC / BenQ GW2760HS /
LG32LK430 ( lcd tv )

View image: benq monitor

View image: LG TV

I attached here 2 images. One is with the BenQ settings in Nvidia Control panel and the second one is with the LG tv.
My question is : how could i modify the settings for LG tv ( brightness / digital vibrance, etc ) without affecting the settings for the monitor ?
As you can see, when i click on the LG, i cannot modify anything ( use Nvidia settings )
Would you help me, please ? I want to have a different value on Digital vibrance, for monitor i keep it to 100 %, and for the lcd tv i wish i could keep it to 75 %.
Thanks in advance.

I run a very similar set-up to yours, same connections but different devices, (See my specs), and I can change each device independently of each other without any issue, across all options resolution, colour, and video.

The only thing I can think of is that the LG TV is blocking the control, or there is an issue with ports/cables, the second issue can be checked by reversing the connections and checking the options, the first option could be a non correctable one unless there is an option in the TV controls to allow control, check the manual
