    Hard Drive 1 unllocated.

Hello I have been having a problem with my 1tb Lacie(not the grey porches) and the letter of the drive shows up but when I click it wants me to format. When I went to Disk Management most of the hard is healthy but there a small partition that has "1 Unallocated" and when I right click nothing is available to press.

This is a drive that I have lots of data on it and I don't want to lose any but I think it's corrupted and I wonder why that "1 Unallocated" out of the whole drive can't be fixed. Can anyone help?

    Hi EndlessMike,

    Welcome aboard.

Please post a screenshot of The Windows Disk Management with your 1 TB drive plugged in. Make sure that you plug out all other USB external storage Units - no other external drive/pen drive/card reader/USB Hub.( USB Keyboard, mouse exempted)
