I already have checked the CPU with prime95 and no crashes.
As I said I reinstalled Windows and Nvidia drivers but I will try again.
I also read that It could happen from the sound driver, How I check the sound driver?

    Thank you!

find out what sound card you have from the manaul. normally realtech or similar and then download it from their site. and or go on the asus website and download them from there.

    No, still crashing.
    Downloaded audio drivers from asus.
Also checked the cpu temps, max is 55 after 10min with prime95, no crash.

Crashing only with the MSI Kombustor or Furmark.

    Thanks.

    Hi again.
An update, I checked and I had a wrong memory freq set in the bios.
Now the computer is not crashing any more but freezing during the benchmark.
I hope someone could help me.
    Thank you, Thomas.
