    touch pad no longer working

    I have a msi cr600
    symatic or something like that

ever since the most recent update my
touchpad stopped working, its no longer installed actually.

if I roll back its working but that's kinda annoying to do every day.
I have it set to ask before updating but it never asks.

I would really like to be able to use my touch pad.
I build computers but I am not really in the whole programing and all that stuff, that's my bf's job. he's away for the week and this is annoying.

thanks I will answer any questions to make this easier.

also this is not an fn prob

The way to fix the problem is to remove the drivers the updates installed and have windows install the default drivers again so then you won't have to worry about it reverting to the "updated drivers". In Programs and Feature under control panel make sure you remove the Synaptics driver if there is one, and also in device manager under control panel click "Human Interface Devices" and uninstall any touchpad devices it may list by right clicking on them and uninstalling also click the box which says to remove all the device files or whatever. After thats complete reboot and windows should resync itself and load the standard working drivers again.

idk if I need my mobo installed, idk what the mobo is.

I checked under programs and features and the touch pad is not there.
