    Devices & Printers not Loading

Whenever I click devices and printers, the green loading bar gets to a certain point and refuses to load past there. It's been persisting for a few months now.

I've tried checking device manager and everything is working fine. I also went into bluetooth services & bluetooth support service and changed them both to automatic, but this didn't solve the problem either.

    Welcome to the forum Hannaa,

Please run a system file check.

       Note
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

I recently tried that but it hasn't solved the problem - it just said there were no issues, and devices & printers still doesn't work.

    Driver problem?

    Sounds like a driver problem.

    Check Device Manager:

    Start> Run then type

    devmgmt.msc

    Press Enter.

Find your printer driver and see if there's an exclamation mark. Even if there isn't - note the version number then check the manufacturer's website to see if there's an updata available. If so - install the update.

If no update is available download the driver anyway then uninstall the currently installed driver, reboot, then install the driver that you downloaded.

Note: I'm not an expert on this and while I can sort out my own driver issues I'm not confident on helping other people with their drivers so perhaps wait for more advice from other members.
