I have a HD Tune Pro and Active Smart, they both do not show any errors.
I have done with that no problem in HDD.
I also managed to reinstall a fresh copy of windows in new HDD, and when I run the After Effects and render a video, the screen goes black? So Mobo or CPU is causing?
I guess so. We are running out of parts to test.
This is an unusual problem. The other thought I had was that this could be due to the software itself? Does this problem occur only using certain software?
If you suspect the CPU there is a Stress Test we run on new computers to test for bad parts. It involves running a program called Prime95. This program is for finding ever higher prime numbers but computer builders found the stress Test that comes with it excellent for running a processor to it's limits.

If the PC black screens on Prime95 then that would rule out your software.
Check the video cable from the PC to monitor, try a different one if possible, make sure it's tightly connected.
Your monitor may be bad, can you try a different one, say borrow one?
Try this to test the GPU a bit more. You want to see a smooth animation with no spots (artifacts) or anything odd.

HI
I tried with Prime 95 and after 5-10 second I got a black screen.
I have used Furmark and it was going good and after 2 minute I have cancelled it.
Can it be monitor? I think not as I have used the same monitor with my laptop and it used for 4 hour with no problem. I was playing NSF on laptop with same monitor connected, should I still check?

Display crash during running Prime95 is not a good sign, but before commenting any more on it, better to have the info I have asked.
